Mystery Shopper Program. A great benefit to small business, the Mystery Shopper Program sends secret shoppers to your business. A detailed report is prepared with an evaluation of the services, products, and other spects of the business including any recommendations for improvement.
Government Procurement. The SBDC sponsors workshops and one-on-one consulting to help small business owners understand and participate in government contracting and procurement procedures.
International Trade. Training and consulting are provided to help businesses secure a niche in the international marketplace. The workshops provide a background in international marketing, exporting and importing, financing exports, and all aspects of the export transaction.
Women Entrepreneurs. Sponsored by SBDC, Women Entrepreneurs is dedicated to increasing the economic independence of low-income women. The program includes training, classes, individual consulting, and other support services. Women with limited financial resources are encouraged to apply.
Courses and Seminars. Several courses are offered each semester at Delta College covering a wide range of topics of interest to small business owners. Seminars are offered on specific topics of interest and importance to small business owners and managers.

Small Business Resource Guides. These helpful guides contain the basic information necessary for small business owners. Everything from local permit and license requirements to tips on recordkeeping is included.
